Nathan Quevedo, Media & Communications Manager for MCOE gave an update on schools in Merced County. There are 20 school districts within the Merced County Office of Education's jurisdiction.

Sheila Stark from HICAP Council on Aging presented regarding their office function. Located on P street and 23rd street. The area on aging helps seniors of all income levels, services are provided such as registering for prescription plans, medical supplements, unbiased free counseling, etc.

Christian Lopez and Kurt Kollmann were welcomed as new members into Merced Sunrise Rotary.
Theresa Cesar gave an update on our groups KIVA account. In the 9 years our club has invested in KIVA, we’ve contributed to 37 of 77 countries. Theresa and Doug are looking for others to join their team in making decisions regarding KIVA.
